Fitness and Nutrition are very important for good health.  Regular exercise can not only make you feel better mentally but can help protect you from heart disease, stroke, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.  It can also aid in strengthening muscles and bone density.  It enhances respiratory, cardiovascular, and overall health.

There are many types of physical activity that an individual can choose from: HITT, CrossFit, running, Pilates, etc.  For an individual to be successful in a fitness routine they must find that which they enjoy.  Your health and fitness success is directly related to what you do or fail to do, no one can choose your path for you.  

Raczka Fitness is a weight training exercise.  Why Weight Training? Weight Training is more effective than cardio at building muscle and muscle burns more calories at rest, including fat.  Building muscle is the key to increasing your resting metabolism. 

Weightlifting is not just for bodybuilders.  Weight lifting benefits posture, bone density, weight loss, boosts metabolism, lowers inflammation, and improves sleep.

 While weight training is beneficial to weight loss, weight loss is directly related to nutrition. Nutrition is vital in any health and fitness journey.  If nutrition is not dialed in, it will get in the way of seeing the results you want to achieve.  Raczka Fitness does not provide a meal plan, what we do provide is a caloric target that has been placed in a calorie deficit with protein intake needs. Individuals are educated on nutrition and how to make the right choices for themselves.  This education provides them with the foundation to achieving and maintaining their health goals without being on a diet. 

Raczka Fitness Nutrition and Fitness provides the foundations for sustainable eating and fitness habits.  This is not a “Diet” but a frame of mind when it comes to your eating habits.  We help our clients to set healthy attainable goals along their fitness journey.
